Sometimes, it begins with a puppy.

During one unforgettable stay, a guest discovered that her puppy had managed to eat through her entire supply of bras and underwear. It was an unexpected problem, to say the least, and certainly not something anyone had planned for.

But hospitality means being ready for the unexpected. Finding a solution quickly, discreetly, and without making the guest feel embarrassed became the priority.
